YuGo asked for a better schedule for the turney. So we picked up his idea and give everybody the chance to make his own statement at Doodle.com (links behind):

So, please tell us

  1. when the qualifying period (the time until you have to get into the top 100) should end?

  2. when the satellite tourneys should start (10 matches with 10 players. Winners will be qualified for the final table)?

We would like to suggest to end the qualifying period on sunday the 5th 11:59 pm UTC/GMT +1.

But we would let it be up to you players to decide. Just keep in mind, that we should end the tourney round about the 12th of february (maybe 1-2 days +-).

Ranking Algorithm

1) Placement Points are awarded
1. = 24 | 2. = 16 | 3. = 10 | 4. = 6 | 5. = 3 | 6. = 2 | 7. = 1

2) Average Points will be calculated
(Placement Points of last 100 games played / number of games played (max.100))

3) Score is the result of putting Average Points into relation of Community Average Points
(Average Points * 100) / Community Average Points

4) Adding Bonus to Score
(+ 0,01 % per game, maximum 5% at 500 games)

5) First-30-Games-Malus reduces Score
(- 96,7% at 1st game reduced by 3,3% steps down to 0% at 31th game)

6) Activity-Malus reduces Score
(You need minimum 6 games per week to avoid these Malus)

With doitux words: "Tataaa !" Score is calculated. ;)
